How do I start planning a holiday?
Complete the website enquiry form, send a WhatsApp message or contact Geoff by telephone or email. Include as much information as you can about your preferred destination, dates, travellers and price range.
How quickly will you respond?
Every new enquiry should normally be acknowledged within one working day. More detailed research and proposals may take longer depending on the complexity of the trip.
Does submitting an enquiry create a booking?
No. An enquiry or proposal is not a confirmed booking. Your arrangements are only confirmed when the identified travel provider accepts the required payment and issues confirmation under its booking terms.
Who supplies and protects my booking?
Experience It Now Travel Ltd is an Accredited Body Member of Hays Travel Ltd. ATOL 5534, ABTA P7133, Company Number 10703509. The supplier and protection applying to your particular arrangements will be explained before you book.
Will I know the full price before booking?
Your proposal will explain the quoted price and any relevant conditions. Travel prices and availability can change until the booking is confirmed, so any quotation expiry or time limit will be made clear.
What happens if I need to change or cancel?
Amendment and cancellation terms depend on the travel provider and the arrangements booked. These terms, including applicable charges, should be reviewed before you confirm.
Do I need travel insurance?
Appropriate travel insurance is strongly recommended from the time of booking. It should suit every traveller, destination and planned activity, including any medical needs.
Who checks passports, visas and health requirements?
Travellers are responsible for checking passport validity, entry rules, visas, vaccinations, health requirements and official travel advice for every destination. Geoff can point you towards official sources, but requirements can change.
