There is no charge to submit an enquiry or discuss your holiday ideas. If any service or booking fee applies to a proposed holiday, it will be explained clearly before you decide to book.
Yes. Pride & Paradise Travel warmly welcomes everyone, with particular understanding of the needs and considerations that can matter to LGBTQIA+ travellers.
Tell Geoff what you have in mind using the enquiry form. He will review your requirements, research suitable options and contact you to discuss a tailored proposal. Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to booking.
We are a Member of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA's assistance and Code of Conduct. All the package and Flight-Plus holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available. Your booking is arranged through Experience It Now Travel Ltd, ATOL 5534 and ABTA P7133. The supplier, booking terms and protection applying to your particular arrangements will be confirmed before you book.
The payment process and the organisation responsible for your confirmed booking will be explained before payment is requested. You should only pay using the official instructions provided for your booking and never send payment-card details by ordinary email.
Yes. Depending on your trip, Geoff can research flights, cabin and travel-class preferences, airport parking, lounges, fast track, transfers and other suitable holiday extras.
Yes. The enquiry form lets you share relevant assistance requirements securely. Geoff will discuss your needs and request suitable support from the appropriate suppliers, airlines or cruise operators.
Yes. Pride & Paradise Travel provides a personal remote service to customers throughout the UK, using telephone, email, WhatsApp and online communication.
You will receive the relevant supplier and emergency contact information for your booking. Geoff also remains available to help direct you to the right support before, during and after your journey.
No. An enquiry simply starts the conversation. Nothing is booked and no payment is due until you have reviewed the proposal, accepted the applicable terms and chosen to proceed.
